Hello, I am looking for a manual for a slant top joker wild poker Model 37700. If you know where I can get one let me know please. I dont think i am getting power to the monitor. The back light comes on. I hear the bill validater make noise. The red square button flashes also both lights on top flash. I dont hear the high voltage fire up. Thanks
