Title: need help with a wms 400 Top Cat has a wheel but no dotmation......

ok we have a topcat with no power supply in the top....is that required?  this does not have dotmation.  we tried swapping out the bottom supply but still no good...all leds are well lit...i replaced the battewry but the displays are dark.....any idears?

No upper power supply needed for the Topcat. If you installed a known working lower power supply, then you may have a failure on the power distribution board that is under the power supply module. Could be one of the two fuses on the board, the small cap, or the square rectifier. These are all on the distribution board. Common failure items.

Might be a bad or burnt wire on the large harness with many wires that goes from the lower power supply to the backplane.
