Make sure the power supply didn't work it's way out and slide to the left. If the power supply is seated then it's most likely dead.

Thanks for the post and resulting solution.

The same thing just happened to me.
I Purchased the machine. the owner said it worked but he lost the keys.
I transported it on it's side.
I got home and drilled the lock out.
I powered the machine up and nothing worked other than the utility light inside the cabinet.
I found your post, removed the reels to look at the power supply and there it was....the power supply slid to the left and unplugged itself.
Its powered up now with an issue....call attendant is flashing alternately with ram error...
That's it for today...tomorrow is another day...🙂

It may be as simple as opening the main door and turning the jackpot key a few times. Eventually the VFD  will say press the mpu button for 3 seconds and close the main door. See if this works if not, most likely if the machine has been sitting for a while (weeks or months) the coin battery on the mpu is below 2.9 volts.
If that is the case replace the coin battery.
Fire the machine up and you will again get ram error message. Turn the jackpot key with the main door open 4 times until the VFD says press mpu button for 3 seconds and close the main door. The machine should now function properly.
Note do not play with clear or key chips until you verify coin battery voltage. This will save you lots of time if it just needs a new battery.
