Title: Top box lost connection

Question:  I have a BB2 slot machine.  In the past, I have never had any issues when I switch out games.  I was playing Bier Haus originally.  Then I switched it to Wizard of Oz (Ruby Slippers).  Now I am getting a "top box lost connection" error.  The BB2 screens both work so I am not sure on what to do.  I have heard that you can disable an option; however, I am not familiar with that task.  Any suggestions and/or tips would be appreciative.

Here is an update.  I loaded the game of Airplane and no issues.  Not sure why it works and the one (Ruby Slippers) doesn't.

You have to disable the top box during setup.  Can’t remember exactly where, but once it is disabled, it will work.
