Title: Gen2 Printer Paper Low

I just installed a gen2 printer in an Alpha with a full stack of new paper.   When the machine turns on it lights up blue and is fine.  When I print one ticket the blue light blinks on the printer and a paper low error shows up on the screen - even when it is full.




Does anyone know where the paper sensor is or what could be wrong?

The paper low sensor is about 3/4 of the way back on the right hand side of the paper tray, it is on the edge of the tray.

Thanks - I sprayed some air into the slot and it seems to be working now.
