It's really a gamemaker, but it's basically a V20/20. The issue I have with the touchscreen is, if I don't touch something grounded, like the button panel metal part, the touchscreen function is erratic at best. If I touch ground with any part of my body, touchscreen works as it should. I am using a 3 prong outlet and the Bally alpha game right next to it does not behave in this manner. Any ideas?

Rick,
Try a ground strap from the monitor to the machine frame and post if it helps.

Rick, look at your game. You have some wiring issues. Check all ground straps--braiaded etc. . I have same game-no issues but I spent 3 days shopping it out and it was born a gamemaker 20/20.

The groundstrap from monitor to frame did it. Curiously enough. I removed it after the game was on, and the problem did not come back. Maybe something is loose. Will go and check to make sure all grounding straps are good to go.
