Title: Service Bulb for IGT Slots

Anybody know the bulb number that replaces the service bulb in IGT slots.  Picture provided of the harness and holder. 

Is it 12v or 6v?  If someone knows the bulb number that would be easiest.  Clearly a large wedge.
