Title: GameMaker hopper jam and running in reverse

Hi all,
I just picked up a Bally Game Maker.

I am having an issue with the hopper. It is running in reverse when it tries to pay out and says hopper fail. I am not sure what is going on with it as this is my first bally machine. I thought it may have something to do with the configuration so I did a saferam clear and tried to set it back up. I noticed about half of the options that are shown in the guides were missing, but i tried anyway. The hopper still runs in reverse. It works fine if I press the hopper forward button on it though. I though maybe my Mains were too old so I upgraded them from V7M1000D0604-12 to V7M100000604-20 and gains some of the missing options but not all of them.

Does anyone know how to fix the hopper. And what Mains should I use for this. Which are the most common.

Please let me know.

On a normal payout it runs in reverse? Maybe the wires on the motor are reversed?

I thought that could have been it, but pressing the forward button on the hopper runs it forward. Therefore the wires must be correct.

Does anyone have recommendations on which version mains I should use?

As it turns out one of the pins on the hopper side connector was bent into touching one of the other ones. After I straightened the pin, it started to work fine, imagine that. I would love to get my hands on a set of 24 Mains. If anyone could help me with that please let me know.
