Title: Monitor tilt and bill validator tilt

So I just got this G23 and was playing my games.
When I hit cashout it goes into handpay since I do not have a tito on this machine.
I turned the reset key and opened up the door to get my 100 out of the cash bin. I put the cash bin back in and when I closed the door I got a bill validator and monitor tilt that I could not get rid of.
I checked all the vga cables for the monitors and did not find anything unplugged or loose.
Any ideas of how to clear these?

Reseat the cash can, it may not be slid back in all the way.  You need a printer to print tickets not a tito.

What’s it say when you open the door? It should give you more details on the errors with the door open.

I reseated the cash can but still get the same errors.
When I open the door it has the same errors until I use the reset key. It Then goes to a menu screen and the error disappears until I exit the menu and the errors reappear.
I cannot push any buttons or screen when this error is visible.
