I recently inherited a Sizzling 7 slot machine by IGT. The machine has two codes that come up when I power it on. One is "Call Attendant" and the other is "RAM ERROR". I had went to google last week and a lot of posts showed the internal battery on the control board so I replaced it, but the same error keeps coming up.
Any thoughts or ideas? I appreciate the help. I believe it is a 2003 model.

After a battery change you have to clear the error. Open door and push the white button on the mpu for like 3 seconds, then it will say to turn jackpot reset key. It should clear the error, you may have to turn the jackpot reset key again if the machine asks. You will need a key chip after that in order to setup certain parameters like denomination and paytable settings.

Good information, thank you. My next issue is I don't believe I have the keys to reset anything. Is the jackpot reset key a regular key or the round key? Sorry I don't know much about these.

most, but not all, jackpot reset keys are a flat brass color. Key code 2341

again, great information and thank you. I ended up having to order one because I don't have any of the keys. After everything was reset, the machine is telling me to hold the test button for 2-3 seconds. I can ask google where the test button is, but I am not sure if this is S+ or what version. Can you tell me how to figure out what "version" this one is?
Model number shows 96438300.

If you have the alpha numeric display under the left hand reel you have an S2000. The test button is one the front of the main board located in the bottom left hand side. about the size of a #2 pencil lead and next to a series of led lights that may or may not be lit.
