Title: G23 game package won’t load correctly

I had to wipe my g23 gameking and when I try and reload my game package it loads like this. ( see pictures)
I have had this problem before and when I would fully open the main screen it would load ok but now it won’t load properly no matter what I do. I had thought I had a bad connection or loose wire but I can’t find anything and I don’t want to just throw parts at it not knowing what’s wrong.
