I have been trying to disable the hopper on a V7000 Game Maker.
It is a United Coin machine and I swapped out the mains so that I could install some different games.
There's no hopper, no printer.
There is no option to set the hopper to "none".
I set the hopper limit to zero.
The game says "GAME DISABLED - HOPPER JAM/ERROR"
I have read every post that I can find on this issue. There is no hopper connector, so I cannot jumper the pins.
I see that this is also offered as a solution, but I can't for the life of me decipher the riddle:
"BALLY HOPPER ELIMINATE
JUMPER 6 & 10 ON HOPPER SIDE
OR:
ON 26 PIN 2X ROW PLUG JUMPER PIN 12 TO 19
RUN WIRE FROM PIN 4 OF 26 PIN PLUG TO
PIN 4 OF THE 8 PIN MOLEX CONNECTOR
KEY WAY IS AT 6"
Can someone please decipher this mystical quatrain and tell me what it actually means, or maybe provide a couple of photographs that show what needs to be done?
