I have One of these monitors in a GK with 3902 board. The issue I’m having is I can’t get the touch screen to work 100%. Starting off in the screen menu with “Recall” option, I’ve tried Many of the Various options changing a little at a time, over and over. I have key switchedX2 on the machine to align touch screen controls. No Matter what Changes I’ve tried I was never able to get the “Red Touchscreen Test” button to function that’s in the middle of the screen. I also was never able to get the Setup/diagnostics to function after pushing white button.After Many hours of trying things, It’s time to ask the experts. There are consistent dead spots on the monitor. Does anyone know what this would be related to? i’ve also tried swapping “Touchscreen board”. Maybe screen, Wire going around monitor, Something on board. I’m baffled I ordered a manual, but thought I’d throw it to the experts. Thank You for reading my novel here!
