Post by: luvreno on January 07, 2015, 11:48:38 AM
Installed new LCD monitor, works great but the alignment is off.  I went to video test, see pic.

How to you change alignment of the monitor picture it is a little left and slightly low on the test screen?

There are usually a set of buttons either on top of the LCD assembly or behind it to make these adjustments.  Look for a button labeled "auto" and push it, it works 99.9% of the time for off-centered images. If it doesn't, you can go into the monitor menu and move the image horizontally until it is centered.

Thanks problem solved, the auto aligned the screen perfect.  I just couldn't see the adjustment buttons on the back of  the ceronix monitor, they are a little hard to get to,  it helps if you have a skinny hand.

You know what works even better, Ceronix's makes a remote control to adjust a LCD monitor. They cost about 15 bucks, I think I still have a few left.
