UPDATE: Standalone TITO For Aristocrat Now Available (MK7/MK8/MK9)

Ok, I have finally gotten TITO working on Aristocrat MK7/MK8/MK9 using any of the common TITO devices currently being used on other manufactures.

If you're reselling ATI EGM's think of the increase of sales you'd see if those machines destined for the collector market were able to be offered with stand alone TITO, it seems reasonable to assume there would be a higher interest and related increase of demand for ATI slot machines if TITO were an option that a reseller could offer, which until this point has not been possible without expensive CMS packages that start entry level at 7K to procure and no one is going to pay 7K for being able to use tickets and free play on their machines.

I am selling the document on how to do the setup on this for $50 which includes a special cable you need to attach to the EGM and the TITO device you are using and once I get 200 people who want to buy it I will pm those interested to send payment. I am also offering support for those who run into issues with the setup but the document is written to assume zero technical experience with picture step, picture step, etc therefore very little support should be required.

I'm self employed now so I can't just share the information for free as I've done in the past for the last 8 years, maybe some can't understand that but I was very charitable in the past because I worked a day job and made 140K a year. I've worked in IT Healthcare for 34 years and lost my job because I was unable to get the required second COVID vaccine because the first one nearly killed me. My employer was not making any exceptions regardless and I had no choice but to let them severe my employment.

Unemployment would not help me because my separation was deemed voluntary abeit beyond my human control. No employer will hire me now because I'm unable to comply with similar policy and I didn't qualify for any state or private charitable assistance because all of the requirements are stipulated on what one has made over the last 18 months.

As a result I'm left doing all I can with my skills to make a living the best way I can and have put a year into sorting out how to get stand alone TITO working on ATI, had it not been for my job loss I would have done as I have in the past but due to circumstances beyond my control I can't afford to do that this time. I need to make a living and take care of my family it's a man core job and I'm a hard working man and feel this price is not at all unreasonable for what is being offered to those who have long sought to run their TITO on Aristocrat Machines.

So I have to recoup my time on this last year of effort to get this finally figured out for people.

There are many steps that must be done and special cables required to make it work as it does on all others currently.

If the TITO you have supports freeplay you will see it works on ATI now as well with no PC software or extra outside appliances needed.

I can't just sell this document to people on a one by one basis because everyone that is in business for themselves must make money for their time if you don't feel it's worth that price to get TITO working on your ATI machines that is your prerogative and you can continue loading your machines with cash.

I can't bend on the matter cause I can't control what people do with the doc and can't protect my work any other way which is why I must do it this way. by charging for this it deters others from taking liberty to share what they had to pay for, the matter is I only need to recoup what I have in this after that I don't care. If ones really want this each of you can work with another and go 50/50 if $50 is too much.

The instructions don't require an SPC board just my steps with your TITO unit and special cables.

Justin and I have been talking ATI TITO for a long time, I have emails saved from way over a year ago. He has invested a lot of his time and his money to figure this out. He has been MORE than helpful on anything that we have discussed and has NEVER asked me for anything. For that I thank him!

For all you running TITO on your Konami stuff, Justin was the one that wrote the how to.

I can sell you all a TITO that I use to get it working but I am sure it will work on others, I would just need to work with you on the interface if it's different than what I use now.

At the moment I'm able to get it working on all worldbase or USA platform 5.08 or higher, I have also figured out how to get it configured for SPC2.5 cards so that it can run games that are lower than 5.08 but working to figure out the wiring (software side of it is resolved). Once I get the wiring figured out totally I'll be letting people get it.

But you're right I'm only selling the cable and the instructions on how to get it all working. Not TITO units unless others want to get the one I have it working on now.

If you want the TITO I have with the cable and instructions the unit is $50 but the instructions and custom cable is $50.

But there is an issue with that where I need to see pictures of everyone's interior harnesses as I've seen each make/model has different wiring and that means I have to adapt the custom cable per the machine it's meant to work on. That makes it a a royal pain in the butt. But as everyone already knows ATI didn't make this feat easy at all.

I've been given a lot of hell over charging for this which I have never done and I have to blame myself for the degree of charity I've shared over the years on this stuff with everyone.

I don't blame those who are giving me hell but they just need to understand that due to losing my 140K a year job I simply can't do it, I got a mandate to get the COVID-19 vaccine as it was get the shot or consider your job with them over. (Ascension Health) I have done IT work for them the last 8 years and was perfect at what I did for them. I couldn't help that my body reacted to it in the violent way it did and they were unwilling to accommodate my circumstances (which were beyond my control) and wrongly stated they had no choice but in hindsight it turns out they did. CMS, OHSA, CDC, NIH all state very clearly that all 100% remote workers are 100% exempt from any and all vaccine mandates.

Ascension Health leadership told all of the 200K associates in an all hands meeting June of 2021 months before the mandate went into effect that if any had experienced side effects to the degree it caused a loss of time on the job that any who experience such things can file for short term or long term disability which the company paid for. When I went to do that after I did in fact have adverse reactions on a seriously sustainable degree I was told by their insurance company that they were rejecting such claims and converting them into workers comp claims.

Because I had no choice in that matter I was retaliated against by the company and was made into a villian for something I didn't desire to do and had no choice but to do.

As a result February 25th 2022 I was told the company was severing my relationship with them and that I was to return all equipment I was sent to do my job, and also told I wouldn't qualify for any unemployment due to the fact my severance was deemed voluntary since I refused to comply with getting the required second shot. When I tried to seek help financially from 211 that directs ones in crisis to charitable organizations or the state or federal assistance programs I learned firsthand I didn't qualify for any financial or medical relief or aid due to how much money I made the prior 18 months.

All emergency assistance is reviewed for qualifications based on how much one made in the past not how much one does not make in the now.

The degree of dire circumstances that slammed me into with my wife who only makes $11.50 an hour has forced me to do this thing I don't really want to do. I've love to be able to just share this with all the way I have in the past, I even turned down thousands over the last 7 years in slots who offered to pay me and many didn't understand why I turned it down but that was because I made enough for me that I could afford that degree of charity to others.

I am naturally a very charitable man as my past has proven but these circumstances I'm still dealing with have forced me to do what I must to just scrape by, we've lost everything except our house which is all I've got left to try and save at this point. No company who promises to take care of it's obedient employees is telling the truth because the laws have been rigged in such a way they don't have to do anything they promise to do and after the fact all are on their own.

I didn't have an issue with getting the vaccine but I will never get another one now after this because I'd rather die taking my chances dealing with an infection that take something that never worked from the beginning.

Once I get the last part of the TITO for SPC 2.5 suited to lower version games the end result is you'll be able to play with  any game Gen7/8/9 as long as you have the correct cable and it will take tickets from other machines and interoperate the way the TITO units do for IGT, Konami, WMS/SG/Bally, Ainsworth, Aruze, IT, Multimedia Games/Everi and AGT now thanks to finally figuring this out.

My wife is the only one who knew how much it took in time trying to figure this out and is why she said there is no way I can give this out for free.

I've decided I'm not going to make people wait for me to find 200 but I ask that once you get it don't share it make them come to me, the lowest cost solution for TITO came via a CMS (Casino Management System) offered by a company overseas for $7800 called Prospero you can google it. It serves the small pubs, bars, taverns all over the world as the full flagship solution for Aristocrat is Oasis 360 and it's entry level cost just to get TITO working is $126K.

Having said that $50 is nothing compared to that and if people are having a hard time with that amount I'll put them on a 5 month payment plan.

Update I have finally sorted out getting Stand Alone TITO working on all game kits.

This means the document includes the pictures and steps with guidance on where things physically connect on the inside of each EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine aka Slot Machine).

There is an SPC 2.5 Method needed for all game kits with a base version of 5.07 or lower and a Non-SPC method for all game kits with base version of 5.08 or higher, sorry I can't control that aspect of it but once you use the instructions I've created with the physical connection guidance you can run any ATI game kit with your existing stand alone TITO devices assuming they use a serial RS232 DB9 connector.

All will be able to set the credit values for free play included in the document, but I won't be able to start sending these out until the supplier from china gets me the parts I need to create the special cables that are critical to getting everything physically the way it must be to get this working.

There is nothing else needed to get stand alone TITO working on all of your Gen7/8/9 machines there are differences covered in the doc as a variety of looms are present different than each other depending on which EGM you own or desire to set this up with. No outside software is needed to get all of your stand alone TITO's working on your favorite ATI machines.

Thanks everyone for supporting me on the reason's I need to charge for this if my personal circumstances were different the way I'm handling this would be as well.

Like everyone I need to do anything now to make money to support my family I'm glad there are some that understand that hopefully in the near future I'll be able to resume the degree of charity I've engaged in the past.

I'm sure the SPC v2.0 can be done the same way as the SPC 2.5 I just don't have one to confirm that.

The difference as I see on the v2.0 to v2.5 is 3 ports on the 2.0 vs 4 ports on the 2.5 but the 2.0 edition also has a power inverter as part of it which has nothing to do with the connections to a stand alone TITO.

The base version of the game determines the need of whether one needs it or not, anything under v5.08 requires it.

I've spent a boat load of time on this but feel it's better to just share it and move on, you'll need to find a way to get connectors off other harnesses in order to make your own cables which the doc shows the type.

Once you get it working you can enjoy the experience of full stand alone TITO as Greg Bauman has who figured out a way to make his own cable. Thanks buddy btw for helping me with that donation and also pointed out that in the doc it says certain touchscreen which was part of the image I took for visual aid. You want to be sure to ignore the equipment specific items from the machine I used to create the visual aides since I didn't make it clear in my doc.

This officially puts an end to the ATI blacklist for STAND ALONE TITO and all TITO units that work on IGT, KONAMI, WMS, BALLY, SG, ARUZE, AINSWORTH, IT, EVERI, MULTIMEDIA, AND SAMMY will now work on ATI.

Took some extra effort to figure out the SPC 2.5 card side but this document covers setup of NON-SPC and SPC only because ATI didn't allow NON-SPC with software versions below 5.08 so you'll need to have the SPC 2.5 card with older games whether they are running on Helix or MARS or VIRIDIAN.

      You don't need anything special. and I recommend getting it off amazon than ebay, it may cost a few cents more but it is faster and free shipping. You need a 5 pin plug. I used AMP/Tyco 640440-5 MTA-100 Connector Receptacle. And i used a splice connector TE CONNECTIVITY / AMP 640454-5 wire-board connector to header 5 post. An AMP splice connector is hard to find and a pain in the ass to remove when needed. I used the connector to header because the splice will be firmly connected to one side and the other side can be easily removed when needed and still provide a good connectivity.

Using his instructions, I was successful in using a SPC 2.5 and both the TITO@Home and BettorTITO with my ATI MK6 cabinet.
We owe the Mortal_One a huge round of applause. He did what a lot have either failed to do or said it was impossible!

 
 

ATI is not as simple as any other TITO cabinet I have played with but with a little trial and error and a lot of patience it can be done.
Justin's document is above. 95% of the settings for the MK7 with SPC are needed on the MK6 cabinet.
