Forgive my ignorance as I am new to all of this.  What are the different OS and what do they mean?  I currently have a bb1 running jungle wild 2.  Will these games work my machine?

Certain games require specific OS.  All the games he has listed will work on your machine, other than dual screen game.

It's the compact flash card in the OS slot, it should be marked or if you go into the setup diagnostic screen it is also listed.
