Title: Fluorescent Bulb goes out

I installed a topper on an IGT Reel touch. Everything lights up as it should for about 30 minutes than the 15” fluorescent bulb goes out. The mini ring lights still run. I put a new fluorescent bulb in and changed the ballast, no change. If I turn it off for awhile everything works fine again for 30 minutes. Any suggestions?

Doesn't it sound like voltage in the power supply below has some component overheating inside after a half hour?

I'd try swapping out the PS and see if that runs the light better.
