Need help with suzo topper. poly

Anybody know why I am not getting any lights on this topper. I made a harness so the wire colors are different. I am using the power distribution from the top box 4 pin molex pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2 pin 3 to 3 and pin 4 to 4. 

I get 2 steady lights on the controller board, and 1 flashing ( see pics)

on the topper I get 4 green leds on the topper ring lights but NO output on the front of the topper from the ring lights or the backlight.

I see there are dip switches (4) on the controller but I cant find anything that works.

Any help would be appreciated.

What are you trying to install it on? Looks like a glitter base topper to me. If so I don't think it will work without the base.

I have the usb base. I have a 1/2" thick 3" x 5" Delrin block coming. Going to mount the topper to the delrin block with hidden screws that screw up into the topper to hold it to the block and from the top of the delrin block down into the machine with the 2 screws from where the candle is. Its a flat top so I don't have to worry about anything round.

Very similar to what member slotdoofus did but with a flat top piece.. He has the same topper and looks like just the 4 pin molex to power it. I am thinking the PCB controller is bad. I ordered another to verify..

Could be. I have a parts of a similar or same topper, Suzo Happ model 91440600. It is missing the PCB and base. Would like to get it working.
