I am going to sell my Dick Clark Reel Touch on craigslist locally, and wondered what the going price on it was, not sure what to ask so I am asking the experts here. It is hoppered up for quarters and takes all new bills. You can see the rest in the picture and everything works as it should, no issues, other than it is really tall so it doesn't fit in my basement.

Is that Reel Touch or vision?
-
The screen size looks like vision. My R/T screens are bigger.
-
That's what I was thinking. The reel touch uses a bigger monitor than what that appears to be. Also wasn't sure they made Dick Clark in reel touch
-
It's a Vision but uses a CD for the videos.

Thanks for the info idesign  I know the Dick Clark machines were pretty collectible, but have no idea what the value might be in any given market area. Asking for value here on the site can be really uplifting or really discouraging depending on your position. Ask what you think it is worth to you and go from there. Or best offer...

Well, for a Dick Clark collector it's probably got decent value. No backlight reels as I recall on that game. Not sure there are other vision type games that were made for that high top cabinet. Seen standard 5 reelers though like Triple Stars and such.

I had a double diamond run with a 31 inch top box
-
ms lgm is in 31 in also

Elvis too

Reel Touch look at the size compared to the S2000 next too it, the Vision is the same size as the S2000's

After further research I think you are correct, I think its a vision game in a 31" top. Wow.
I am think of asking 850.00 to 1000.00? Whats your opinion, too much?

I agree 1200 OBO. It is a fun machine and having Dick Clarks voice adds to the fun. I enjoy playing mine.
-
I think I challenged you before on whether or not this was a reel touch machine glad you got to the bottom of it. Good luck fun machine. A collector of Dick Clark memorabilia would certainly pay more. Maybe slant your add information in that direction.

Note: I'm choosing not to move this post to S2000 board as I believe it contains good information to help identify RT machines

When you're bored one day, maybe you or someone could create a post with just that information to identify the difference between S+, S2000, Reel Touch, Vision and the different MPU's, Cabinets, etc :Scratch-Head:
