Florecent lights and starters

I want to do a upgrade on the old florecent lights with the LED light tubes and my question is can I disable the starters and the ballast to the old lights and put in the LED.ight tubes and we will the machine still operate the same with put the old light hardware.thatd the only thing I want to change is those old florecent lights tubes .I believe there is 3 of em
I like slot machines and the challenges that come from them when trying to fix them . I also am a radio enthusiast .I enjoy shooting skip also known as propagation and building my own antennas . I also am a prospector and prospect for gold deposits.i enjoy being out doors panning for gold ,metal detecting for gold and running my mining equipment .

I can't find the link for the exact bulb I used in my Gamemaker.  I was surprised that it really isn't much cooler than a fluorescent bulb, in fact the ends get quite warm. A 18" fluorescent bulbs don't take much power either but LED will allegedly last longer. I had to Google search it and the only place that came up was Menards which we don't have in CA. Verify size and try at your own risk, maybe I just got lucky at first attempt:

Well I figured I would do the upgrade because when I got my machine it did not have any of the starters for the florescent lights so instead of having to worry about getting those I can just get the LED ones that would not require the starters but would the machine still run with out them

Yes, the fluorescent lights run completely separate from any of the game functions.
It's a great time to convert, no need to buy ballasts, just wire them direct.
