Title: WBA-13 "Tilt" issue

So, I have an IGI video slot with a WBA-13 in it.  It currently says "Bill Validator Tilt", this has happened on occasion for years, in order to clear it I would reseat the transport and stacker.  Well now it won't clear, I've cleaned the transport and head, reseated everything, slammed everything.... nothing.  :hissyfit: There is zero information on these machines, but I'm hoping someone has some insight on how to get it working again.

Not a typo?

Sounds like the bill validator has never been cleaned or maintained?

Try cleaning the bill box's prisms or optics...

The box and the bill acceptor probably can't "see" each other due to dust accumulation on the optics?

IGI (Also known as IGCA I guess)..Not a typo.

I blew everything out, really wasn't any dust surprisingly...  I'll try again.  Wish there was some info out there on these machines, so maybe I could get into settings and disable all Tilts or something.
