Title: Update for new $100 bills ?

I got the new V3.80 chip for my WBA -13SS . When I installed it I get error "Bill Validator CRC Mismatch". This is on an S2000. Now what ?

Did you try opening and closing the door a few times?

You might have to leave the door latch up for thirty seconds or so before you put back down.
That has been my experience when changing bv chips out.
It is normal to get the error message you are getting.

I always open the door, turn the jackpot key while it is open then close it. It should clear the CRC mismatch & be ready to go.
