As with pinball machines of the era, DMDs are becoming the one thing that will prevent Dotmation games from working and killing their value. Used DMDs are simply prolonging the eventual demise of the game.
I saw a previous post about an LED alternative but then it just went silent. Therefore I want to revise and potentially resolve this issue. With as many machines that need a DMD I believe we can come up with a solution that would be profitable enough for someone to produce the screens.
Just need to know where to start and who wants to work with me to make this happen?

I just replied in your other post about Dotmation screens lol. Yes, they're hard to come by and will all eventually fail/gas out. There has not been an LED replacement built for the WMS slots. The LEDs for the late Sega games are 192x64 but are not compatible. I don't know what the demand would be to try to build something like that, but I would be interested.
