i have acquired a fortune 2 draw poker machine I replaced the battery the machine fired up but says call attendant. I turned the reset key but nothing was told pull the c-mos chip and short it out but cant find it on either of the boards, it is obvious or do I just need glasses please help thank you!!!

The cmos ram chip is often in a socket near the battery. Post a photo of your circuit board and someone will point out the cmos ram chip.

It is on the piggyback board with the battery on it. To clear flip the switch on the RAM board (piggyback board) and leave the switch that way for a minute then flip it to ON.
When the game comes up press and hold the cursor advance button for 3 seconds and the game will come up.
