Title: V7000 CRT to LCD Conversion w/ Touchscreen

Is there a way to convert a Elo Touchsystems ET1928L 19" IntelliTouch Touchscreen LCD Monitor to replace a Tatung 19” E832-67 Touch Screen CRT and keep touchscreen function?  I know how to get the LCD Video to work but I cannot figure out the touchscreen pin outs to match the Tatung to ELO touchscreen pin outs.[/size]
