Title: AVP Diagnostic key error

My 21 key has the following error: Could not find library SystemEx.so

USB authenticates. Does anyone have a clue about this?

Please explain the procedure you are using. When you boot with the ekey and diagnostic installed, the diagnostic menu should appear even with a blank HDD or possibly without even having one connected.

Ekey and diag were installed and booted to the error message. The unit is a 2.5 and some research indicates 14-21 will not work and I have to use 14-5/9?

Changing to 3.0 boot chips might work.

That's an idea on the boot chips. I wonder if this would be an issue afterward when the drive boots its OS?

I wouldn't think so if it does indeed have a family 14 OS. Expect to at least wipe the NVRAM and safe storage. Leave the HDD intact.

2.5 with my BIOS only takes a 14-9 Diag. Case closed
