Help with board

I was curious if anyone knows what kind of clear chip I would need for this board in the picture, the machine they are in really don’t have a name I believe it’s a custom board but I’m getting a message saying “POWER UP DATA ERROR” if anyone could help send me in the right direction it would be very helpful thank you guys

Can you post a photo of the machine?
"Clearing" a machine doesn't necessarily fix things but just resets (completely) factory/owner settings.
Did this machine work before?

Yes machine has always worked, a storm came through an knocked the power out it was on a surge protector but when it came back on at first when money would be put in the credits were not correct also when printing it would be 100tickets per credit, an now it is saying data error an I can upload a photo here in a bit I’m not at the location at the moment

You have a 9-liner Cherry Master type of cheaper plywood/pressed wooden model sit-down video game called "Crazy Bugs".
With the power off, hold the little toggle switch on the circuit board near the battery for a  few seconds...it will reset then turn on the power.

On the Cherry Master board, remove the battery from the holder for like a minute.

Then reinsert the battery into its' holder and turn on the power.

Check and see if it has at least 2.95 volts DC when you have it out.

Manuals for these board games are easily accessible at the Great Lakes Amusement store website.

So I was finally able to get the game back on with the bookkeeping buttons however now it will not clear credit when your ready it will just leave same amount of credits on screen thank you guys for the help
