Title: Button legends (Original IGT hold/cancel)

I am looking for 5 ORIGINAL IGT button legends for my Game King / iGame. I want my machine to look JUST like I played in the casino and my OCD is driving me nuts. I CANNOT find these for the life of me, only 3rd party or after market which don't look right to my eye. I will attach a pic of a button with the legend (need 5 obviously) that I am looking for, it will show the font, etc. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks! :)

I have the clear lens cap, the white insert and the plastic clear lettering, all new.    Jim

I have extras of all but the actual clear lettering and the lens caps. If they match the pic you will be a LIFE SAVER for me, I will pay you whatever you want. I simply could not find these anywhere, 5 of each would be great. If ya don't wanna list prices here just PM me and ya got a deal. That clear lettering was "unfindable" for me and drove my OCD nuts lol. Thanks Jim! :)
