Title: IGT GAME KING KEY CHIP ?

A wonderful evening to ALL. My neighbor was trying to change game selection on her Game King. She used a 17 chip and stated it just locked up. Not being there to see it for real, I was wondering if you use the wrong chip ( 17 versus a 40 ) has she screwed anything up? Here’s some pictures of the board. Thank You for your assistance.

17 should work. Leave door open, 2 amber lights, replace base chip and turn it on with door open again.
Menu should appear. Must have zero credits to key chip it.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I used the 17 chip and I was able to change all my information, Thank You so much.
