IGT S+ pay to bank

Is there a way to get my IGT S+ machine (Sizzling 7s) to pay money to the "Bank" ie. take some of the coins that are out into the machine and divert them to the cabinet below the machine?

You're talking about "the drop".
The coin divertor will send coins to the drop only when the coins in the hopper are touching the grounding bolt.

For your information (FYI), the grounding bolt is that bolt running thru the plastic hopper bowl connected to a wire.

set the bolt as low in the hopper as possible, then fill up it up to that so there is contact. Then it should put additional coins into the other drop.
