I've got three games I picked up on the cheap, as-is.
I they're all from 1993, and I believe they're all S5500 pro slot MPUs.
One works, but even with the replacement battery and correct voltage, I checked, still shows 83F anytime main power is lost.
The other two constantly show the red RESET light on the MPU and will not start up. On both of these boards that are stuck in "RESET" light on, they both booted at one point, but now do not. I think the software on these boards is good (as they started previously and worked with safe-ram resets) but I think the boards are toast.
Does anyone know where I can get two MPUs and swap in my mains / etc. and/or anyone know where I could send these boards to be refurbished/checked out? Can't seem to find much on my own and ebay seems to not have what I need :(
