G23 has a Jumpy LCD Screen

An IGT AVP G23 has a really bad, jumpy LCD lower screen.
Trying to figure exactly what's causing this? 
The DVI cable is known good.
The LCD itself going bad or something in the brainbox?

Oh well...I swapped out the lower touchscreen LCD with a known good one.
Machine is now fixed and working well.
Nothing wrong with the brainbox.
Something's wrong with the old MLD.
Gotta rip it apart and see what makes it tick.
I can't seem to figure out which LCD is the jumpy one.
The LCD nearest to the player, or the LCD further inside towards the back wall of the cabinet?

Below is a photo of the right AD plugged into the front LCD....it's perfect.
The blank, white part you see in this photo, is from the rear inner LCD.

Making progress...

When the Right AD is plugged into the top LCD interface connector (Front LCD), the outer surrounding video is perfect.
When the Left AD is plugged into the top LCD interface connector (Front LCD), the reels are perfect.

When the Right AD is plugged into the bottom LCD interface connector (Rear LCD), the outer surrounding video is jumpy.
When the Left AD is plugged into the bottom LCD interface connector (Rear LCD), the reels are jumpy.

So... the right AD is for the surrounding video, while the left AD is for the reels.
What we found out here is that the AD boards are fine and the problem lays with the rear LCD.
I'm awaiting a new rear inner LCD panel to come in.

So did you replace the screen yet?  Was it easy?  Did you make a video showing the process, that would help a TON of people.

For some reason, the package was delivered to my area but lost at the post office.
As soon as it's located and, in my possession, I will make a video of it getting put back together...lol

Believe me, you need patience to work on these.
You'll see what I mean.
There are tons of screws to deal with and layers upon layers if different types of film and glass that all need to be in their right places to give out the video effects the MLD monitor does.
I've found out that it's good to learn how to handle these screens only on the edges.
The worst thing is putting it together and all you see are fingerprints, smudges, and lint.
