Nice machine Jon.
Maybe they used some special NASA lubricant for outer space temperatures.
Going to post photos of the coin box soon.

I am passed the wife limit of 10 games with a total of 11 Bally EM slots and Fortune 1 IGT machines.  I am surprised that of the Ballys no one said that they like a 5 line 873 the best.  It certainly is a crown favorite at my home.  I have two.  Both 5 cent.   When the octogenarian in laws are here I cant get near either one of them.  No complaints.  Only guys and gals on this list can appreciate the joy of someone playing these games that you put your blood sweat and tears in to restoring and maintaining .  To see a smile come across those wrinkled faces when they get a substantial hit makes it all worth while for me.

My mother who is up in age is flying in tomorrow for the holidays.  The first thing she asked me is are all of the slot machines working.  Priceless.

Happy Holidays to you all, my extended family

Jon, nice looking machine.  Looks clean.   15 quarters max play, bet it was popular in casinos.

Hope you can get some heat pumped into game room before the real cold weather hits.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

Jim

You should ask Brian if he used something special to lube this machine? I found a spray by PB Blaster for the garage doors rollers and pivot points, it's some slick spray lube that frees up sticky linkages quickly in these older Bally's..
