I picked up this machine really cheap. It powers up, if i flip the wire like a coin goes in there is a spinning thing in the bottom that turns and the handle releases. The reels spin, and there is another thin circle thing in there that spins. It doesn't pay out and the hopper doesn't even seem to try . The hold function never works and the tunnel at the top does not seem to work.
I have no idea what kind of machine this is more than a Bally EM. so it is hard to find anything out about it to even try to begin to make it function properly. Any ideas or advice on the subject would be appreciated.
(sorry for the non technical terms of " circle thing" and things of the like :))
The pictures i have posted are the only ones I have right now, if you would like to see anything closer let me know I can take more.

Does it have a manufacturer's id plate with model number, usually located on right side of machine?
Isn't this the same machine discussed some this past week?

Looks to be made for the European market.
Is it working on 110 volt outlet?

I can check again, but I have not seen any kind of plate on it that identified it. It did have a regular two prong plug, it was quite old so I replaced it. I did find a tiny sticker smaller than a stamp inside of the machine that had a union jack on it and said UK distributions. So this machine has definitely been in the UK.

I see fuses. Check those.
Looks European as David indicated. The word "CENTRE" gives that away.
