Hey guys,
Since the holidays are upon us, and most of us have slots, poker machines, etc. in our game rooms, what kind of slot activities do put together when you are hosting a game night with your family and friends?
We're going to be hosting a big Christmas party, and I'd like to hear some ideas for slot games, prizes, contests, etc. that you guys throw in your homes when people are playing your machines during a party.

We do a round robin slot tournament . With the TITO we all put in $10 each in a pot for prizes with 30 players its $300 .I have 20 machines , they are all set at $1 ea we play all the machines for 3 min then a buzzer goes off and we ticket out and move clockwise around the room till all machines have been played .everyone starts with $1000 in ticket money . the first to lose all there $1000 is the booby price and gets there $10 back as a prize . second place gets $90 and first gets $200. . its funny to watch peoples strategy the ones that hits decent jackpot in the begining play slow . till they see others hit then they play fast .the losers are just trying to get rid if whats left . about 3 machines from the end they cover the amounts so others can't see what they have . it just cracks me up . everyone has a great time . we do pot luck or dish to pass for our meal family and friends love this

I found that if I left buckets of coins next to the machines people would throw in a few coins, do a few spins and that would be it. Interest over.
I now have a coin roller and I give everyone a roll of tokens - once there is a sense of loss they are often back shaking their empty coin cup looking for more.
I have tried tournaments but then I end up spending too much time minding the machines and not enough time with my guests......

Give everyone ONE coin...
Then everyone plays one slot each for say two pulls. Then cash out (or not) and those with coins move on. The others are out. Play until there's a winner with whatever set number you have as a win... or whoever had just ONE coin after each round.
Drink while doing this.

I do 50 spins with a set amount. After 50 spins, the person with the highest ticket wins. This New Years day I will be doing something different with the TITO's Deluxe tournament mode. Maybe do brackets this year.
