Title: Bally V32 Roulette
Post by: dailey on January 21, 2019, 08:58:49 PM
I've been giving some thought lately to getting a Bally V32 Roulette to add to my collection but I know very little about Bally V32 machines. Are they a good machine for home use ? Are there any issues I should be concerned about ? Are parts readily available, including the big LCD touch screen ? I welcome all the advice I can get.

I am in the same position as you are in.  I like the game but I dont want to buy an expensive headache.  Speaking of expensive, what do you think is a good price range for the Roulette in your area?

We might as well help one another until an actual owner of one of these games chimes in.

I have never seen a roulette game for sale in my area. Being a California resident, my usual area to shop is Arizona. Looks Like I'll have to shop online for this one and order from as far away as Ohio. I have ordered before from a trusted dealer in Ohio with great results. I received two fantastic machines. In case you're wondering, I had them shipped to Arizona then I took it from there.

I heard that a new replacement LCD touch screen can run around $800 for this machine. You never know how much life is left with a used machine. Something to be aware of.

Thanks for getting back to me.  It may be worth the chance for lots of fun IF you have a relationship with a TRUSTED dealer.  Seems as if the forum has us out on the limb together on this particular question.  Perhaps we can get a two fer.  That's got to be better than just buying 1 at a time. PM me when you are ready to make the purchase.

That's a better question for my wife.   ;D   But seriously, I'm interested if something comes of this.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just buy one as a gift to your wife.     :24:

This is sliding sideways now.  Are we going to get the games from the Ohio spot or not?

The V32's still fetch a good bit of money (upwards of $2k) because they are still being used in casinos for the platinum quick hits, which is very popular apparently.  The V32 alpha is a very versatile machine with lots of good games to go with it, and if you are fortunate enough to find the correct parts, can be easily converted to play alpha 2 v32 games.  You don't have to get it with the roulette game, just get a cabinet with any game in decent shape and you can easily find the roulette software to load it.
