Here's a new one for me with BB2. Turn the machine on and everything powers up. Bill acceptor powers, CPU turns on, Both monitors are on, but nothing is on the screen. If this was Bally I'd probably guess video card. But I've had BB2's running for years without needing to change a video card so I'm not sure.

The GPU on the NXT2 boxes are passively cooled. If the CPU enclosure fan (not the CPU fan) dies the video card almost always fries.
I occasionally find them so baked the heatsink has gone from black to brown and the heatsink pushpins fall apart when you try and remove them.
