Title: Help with hopper clutch spring location

Hello,

Trying to solve a 3300 error. Looking at my hopper it appears the spring is detached. Can someone tell me where it is supposed to attach to work correctly?

Also it appears the red arm can slide back and forth so i assume there is a certain position that is appropriate? It seems to be the most outer is best?

Hook the spring to the hole in the white coil base right above it in your pic.
