Title: G20 Voltage Output

I am working on a G20 upright and cannot get the RS232 buss to work.  I notice not all the LED voltage indicators are lit up (see Pic).  I have tried changing out main power supply and RS232 daughter board with no fix.  I've tried all four ports also on the RS232 buss. I don't have a schematic for slot.   5V and 12V comm is not lit up on indicator bar.  Slot boots up fine.  Just no RS232 on it.  Thanks

Comm power is J4 on the backplane. Check the harness connector for power.  If it's good, then it's a backplane issue.

Ron  Just checked the harness.  No power for 5v or 12v.  Does this harness go to the main PS??  Schematic would help me on this.  Thanks

No sir, it comes from the dist box. Is your interior light working?

Got it.  Bad PS in that box.  Changed it out and it works like a charm.  Thanks Ron
