I am new to this site and to slots. Don't know if I am posting in the right place. I have a Double Diamond Deluxe. Error 12 so replaced the battery. Now have error 61. Held reset for a couple seconds until "ding".
In most forums the next step is to turn the reset key once. When I do this NOTHING happens. No change from error 61-1. Is the key not making contact? Most post talk about the 61-1 loop but mine never goes back to 61 from a 61-1. Nothing happens.

Found the issue. Door latch. Works fine now. Thanks anyway. I will probably need help in the future.

The next step it to close and latch the main door. Then turn the reset key once.
