Yes us Mid-Atlantic guys finally have a casino! MGM National Harbor Resort & Casino has its grand opening on Dec. 8th and I can't wait! There are some other places like Hollywood Casino @ Charles Town Races and Dover Downs and while they're nice there's an element missing and they're just not the same. MGM National Harbor looks like it will fill the void in my life I've felt ever since I left Vegas and it's only a 90 minute drive from my house which is an hour closer than anything else. I'll be on vacation the last week of December so I definitely have a trip planned to check it out. Fingers crossed!
