Ok I need some help, experts tell me what I am doing wrong or at least give me a list of things to check.
I am trying to set up an igame and I key chipped the board and I get to the menu I do exactly (I think) the instructions I took from this forum on the set up and the game plays perfect but the printer won't print. When I hit the cash out the game responds that its cashing out and it tells me to take the ticket but the printers not doing anything. I checked the printer and its got paper and the green lights on and I can manually run a ticket out.
Ideas?
my next thought was to swap the printer out to make sure its not just a bad printer. but before I do that I thought I would see if its something easy I am not selecting right in the menu.
