Hi Guys,
I got a machine that came with a Futurelogic Gen 2 printer...Having problems getting it to work with my machine...Never worked when I got it so I am trying to see if I can get it to work...Gone thru settings and finally realized that it might be the firmware...The test print show this...See Photo...I believe it IS NOT flashed for MK6 machines...Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

The firmware in the ticket is grusa4100. I believe that is the firmware for a Bally Alpha. (rs232)
Not sure what the firmware is for the MK6. I’m sure someone smarter than me can answer that for you.

It appears you need GRUSA5015 firmware. I don’t have it though

That's probably way it works sometimes and then stops communicating which is what I thought...Thanks,

Maybe my girlfriend has the wrong Firmware?
She stopped communicating like I forgot a holiday..

Whats so special about February 14th???
