We fixed 6 games for Steve Squires, he parked his truck near his shop and the next day all of the machines and his truck was stolen.
-
Ouch!! That really sucks! Any description of the games and/or his truck?
-
I'll be posting the games here when we pull out our work sheets.
-
Well that's shitty! Hope they get the guy, or guys. :fryingpan:

Did steve move to stockton ca yet ?
-
Steve has not moved yet, the first building he was thinking of was filled with Asbestos, now he is trying to find another one.
That was part of the problem, I told him to rent a mini storage for his important stuff, like games we had just fixed, instead he parked his truck outside his old shop and went in to take a nap.
Here are some clues to the robbery.
His truck is a 2000 Silverado 4 wheel drive with all new Goodrich tires and a Maxim aluminum (rare) motorized lift gate.
His truck had 18 cans of motor oil in the back. It had 2 rolls of rare silver dollars, his reading and driving glasses, some fancy fast charge phone charger. All his ramblings on his possessions went on for awhile.
The 6 games consisted of 3 IGT games, 2 ea. S2000 converted to coin in and one 044 with Super Star software. 2 ea. Bally slots S6000 converted to coin in. 1 ea. CEI video poker. And a 7th game that was a IGT S+ dollar game stripped of all use able parts.
All games had our service sticker on the inside of the main door. "restored and repaired by KLAR electronic slot repair" along with our website.
Pass this info on to any slot shop or slot tech you may have contact with and watch Offer Up and Craigs List for special offers.
Thank you.

-
San Mateo (sp?)

Did Steve ever get his truck and slots recovered?
-
He got his truck back, stripped but drive-able. So he drove it to a dealer and got a used diesel with a heavy ass lift gate.
-
Well that's good, sort of!
Slots gone?
-
yep, the cops say they were probably sent to Mexico.
