Igt s2000 ticket issue

I have a s2000 that I did a key chip procedure on because I wanted to change the denomination. Before I rechipped everything the Tito system was up and running when I purchased it and now it doesn't work. Tickets print but won't accept in the Bill acceptor now. I'm wondering what is going on i know there is a at home tito system you can buy but since it worked before I wanna see if there is a way to fix it before I buy one !! Thanks please help!

If your machine used to accept tickets and now it doesn't, then the machine has an at home TITO board. Be sure the power and comm cables are properly connected and haven't been disturbed.

Did you only key the machine, or did you also do a clear?
Does the bill acceptor accept bills?  Just want to confirm it's working.
What is the current denomination for Accounting, Coin & Player?  What was it before you changed it?

All items are plugged in I did a clear and key it wouldnt give me the option to set voucher redemption to sas and when setting up, denomination it didn't show accounting or player denom just only said denomination which I set from .25 to $10

If you cleared the E2, all of your previous settings are lost. Here's a link to TITO settings for S2000. If you only have one denom setting, then it doesn't have a multi denom version chip.

Does anybody know what Tito board that could be ? I looked up online and can't find out. I saw the other ones on the market plug in to the external power plug inside machine. Photo link in my last post.

Got it working !!! My machine was under eft settings and I just had to enable that I guess the settings on this s2000 are different appreciate the help !

FYI   There is no need to clear a machine when going to a higher denomination. Only when going smaller. You could have just keyed it.
