I have a GameKing (3902) it is usually left on but my son unplugged it for a couple weeks and when I turned it on the system starts up and
The monitor and belly glass light cycle power on and off.
The buttons are not lit at all.
Everything else is functioning normally. I can push the buttons and play the machine and the sound is functioning the screen is functioning. It's just certain things are acting like they get power for about a second then off for about a second and it will continuously repeat.
If it matters it has a TITO installed and a LCD screen and has been functioning normally for the last 2 years.

Last night I thought it might be the starter or ballast and unplugged them and sure enough that was the problem. Where can I find a replacement starter or ballast? What would I need to do to replace both with an electronic ballast?
