Title: how do i know if i have a bad power supply?

Icant get power to either monitors have swapped them so i know they work

What machine is this for?  You can also check power at the power connector for the monitor to see if the cabinet is supplying power.

It's a WMS BB2 I found the problem it was a fried pin on the connector I believe I need a new wiring harness or the connector so I can splice it properly

This is the power connector used for BB2 lcd's.  From that link you can also figure out which pins are needed for the connector.
