Need help identify this machine has a metering error I’m thinking it’s from Australia can i get parts here in the usa

Microstar? The board is different to what I'm used to from that era (MK2.5 video slots) but it's dated 1993 on the backplane connector so it's about the only thing I can think of.

I found one of the chips had a mk2.5 on it going to change batteries and see if metering error goes away
