Aristocrat Viridian WS error

Has anyone ever run into this issue? I put my clear in and clear machine. Then when I replace with game cf card and twist audit it asks me to open main door and press take win and play 1 to reset static ram. When I do that nothing happens. So i'm just stuck at this screen not able to go any further. Wrong clear card possibly? Does cfast or cf card make a difference on machine?

You have the correct clear card and settings.
Try pushing ALL the buttons down all at once.If that dont work you might have a non working button.

I had the same thought so I tried with another machine. Same result. One machine has dynamic button panel. The other machine has static. When I get to this stage on the machine that has the static button panels the two buttons i need to press start flashing. Yet nothing happens when I push them or hold them for 2-3 seconds. I've tried pressing them all. Button panels we working fine before I cleared machines.

Have you tried going into the diagnostics and pressing each one to make sure they are working?I would also check in diagnostics to make sure that your logic and main doors are open.

I can't get to the diagnostics. I can't touch anything on the screen. Literally after i turn the key it goes straight to this screen and wont let me touch anything on the screen. It's forcing me to reset static ram before it will do anything else. did I miss a step in the clear process? I can recall when i did this awhile back having to select a screen at some point?

See, that's the part i dont get to. As soon as i power up and turn the key it asks me to press take win and play one. It never goes to where touchscreen is selected or anything.

Pics 1-6 dont happen for me. I start off on your 7th picture. Of course when i insert the clear card the first thing i do is calibrate the touch screen before I even select jurisdiction. but as soon as im done with that and place game cf back in machine it goes straight to reset static memory after audit key is turned.

looks to me like your trying to play a nsw game on an american machine. there is going to be a few errors your going to have to overcome. most of which you wont be able to do in america. how did you get lightning cash high stakes nsw version?

O forgot to update this. The solution was the place I purchased the machine from had bypassed the door optics. Once I found those wires and untwisted them I was able to press the two buttons to reset the static ram.

Thanks for posting your fix.I assumed your optics were working.You are correct,if the machine dont sense the door open you cant clear the ram.
