Hoping to get information how to get door open on my Fortune I machine without breaking it. In replacing the lock it was working but after a couple weeks the entire cylinder came loose somehow and fell into the machine with door in locked position. Is there an easy way or trick to getting the door open to fix the lock? Any tricks to try? The lock hole is mighty small to get anything through to manually disengage lock mechanism and open the door? I'm hoping for some helpful ideas

Sorry for the delayed response. You are in luck. The IGT locking mechanism is very simple. You need to get or fabricate a piece of metal that will fit in the hole at a right angle and have a tang about 3 inches long. Just rotate you gadget counter clockwise and your door should open right up.
